Supporting the Body Through Therapeutic Massage
With over 30 years of full-time experience, I work with the body directly — listening through touch to areas of tension, holding, fatigue or injury.
My work draws on Swedish, deep tissue, remedial, sports and pre- and post-natal massage, adapting pressure, pace and technique to meet what your body needs on the day.
Massage can help the body release accumulated tension, recover from physical strain, settle the nervous system, and restore ease of movement.
I work with people at many stages of life — from those living with everyday muscular stress to athletes recovering from training, and from pregnancy support to gentle care for older bodies.
Alongside my private practice in E14, I have also worked for many years within the NHS, supporting clients across Canary Wharf, Docklands, the Isle of Dogs, Poplar and Limehouse.
Each session is responsive, practical and body-led, helping you return to greater comfort, mobility and balance.
Supporting the Whole Person Through Mindfulness & Conscious Movement
Alongside hands-on bodywork, I also offer mindfulness and conscious movement practices that support emotional wellbeing, nervous-system regulation and embodied awareness.
Through gentle guidance and carefully held spaces, these practices invite you to listen to your body from the inside — releasing tension, reconnecting with breath, and rediscovering ease through movement.
I teach 5Rhythms® and Open Floor Movement Practice — forms of moving meditation that involve no steps or choreography and welcome all ages, abilities and levels of experience.
Sessions may be calm and reflective or dynamic and energising, but always aim to support resilience, self-awareness and a sense of connection — both within yourself and with others.
This work is offered through classes, workshops, retreats and one-to-one sessions online.
